Postage Rates:
Assential Scrapbooking will offer FREE shipping to all orders over $50.00 - this will exclude gift boxes, albums & bulky items. We will add any extra postage for large items to your order before payment is confirmed.
All orders under $10.00 will be sent by standard Australia Post mail (unless other wise requested by the buyer, which will be at cost to you). Orders over $10.00 will be sent via Express Post or Registered Post to ensure a receipted delivery. Items over 3kg will be charged as per Australia Post costs, if by some chance your order does exceed the 3kg limit you will be contacted with the correct rate.
Small Orders:
If you would like to purchase just a few small items, for example, ribbon, stickers & brads these would be classed as light weight items and arrangements can be made to post these in an A4 envelope for a $3.00 flat rate (this delivery service offer is not for express post or registered post).
Deliveries:
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours from receipt of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Out of Stock Items:
On very rare occasions an item placed on your order may have gone out of stock, if this happens that item will be removed from your order & you will not be charged for the item. I will attempt to email you & let you know that changes have been made to your order.
Returns Policy:
All care will be taken to ensure your purchase is packed securely, if for some reason your items arrive damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48hours of receiving your order. We can then arrange for you to return the item and receive a store credit or correct the order.
Or customers are very important to us & if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us with in 48 hours and we can arrange a credit or exchange. All orders not damaged or incorrect will be returned at post cost to the customer.
Store Pick Up:
If you live close to Assential Scrapbooking & would like to come to the store for a local pick up you are more then welcome to contact us and arrange a pick up time that is convenient to all parties.
