Birthday Parties

Wednesday, January 7th, 2009

Did you know Assential Scrapbooking hold’s
creative
workshops for children’s birthday parties?

Scrapbooking birthday parties are a unique party idea, and for a creative kid, what could be more fun than a scrapbooking or off-the-page creative party.

Most of the parties we held last year were for 8 and 9 years old girls.  Each party I design specifically for the birthday girl and, based on the age and skills of the girls.

The benefit of these types of parties is that everyone attending gets to use their skills, creativity and imagination to create something she’s not only proud of, but she can keep forever.

Feel free to call me if you would like to talk further about holding a scrapbooking or off-the-page project party for your child’s birthday.

Here are some photos from our last party of 2009.

Happy Scrapbooking!

School Holiday Project

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

My goodness didn’t Easter just fly by, I hope you all enjoyed the 4 day break and didn’t eat to much chocolate.  With the way School holidays were seperate from Easter this year, it has really had me out of sorts with the days and months.  But with the holidays creeping up, I thought I would give you a little sneek preview of the class I will be running on the Thursday.  It’s a small 7 page chipboard book with assorted chipboard tags for each page.  I am giving the kids a range of different papers to choose from for this project this way they can have some fun with which ever photo’s they like.  If you are interested in any more information on the class just visit the classes page and all the details are there for you.  In the mean time this is that sneek peak I promised you.
